Here we provide a dowloadable pdf-file giving directions from the Vienna Internation Airpot (VIE) to the PSAS2018 Venue (Sky Lounge, Oskar Morgenstern Platz 1) and to the Stefan Meyer Institute (Boltzmanngasse 3):
Citizens of certain countries must hold a short stay visa.
The EU has a common list of countries whose citizens must have a visa when crossing the external borders and those whose nationals are exempt from that requirement.
Be aware of processing periods and apply for visa in due time.
In case you require an official letter of invitation to participate at PSAS'2018, please email to psas2018@oeaw.ac.at with your request.
In case you experience problems in obtaining a visa, please also inform us. As a IUPAP sponsored conference we will do everything within our possibilities to make your attendance possible. All visa related problems will be collected and reported to IUPAP by the LOC.
